Refund & cancellation policy
How billing, auto-renewal, and cancellations work for RN Mindset Prep subscriptions.
Auto-renewal
Monthly, quarterly, and six-month plans renew automatically at the end of each paid period. We charge the payment method saved in Stripe unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Profile & settings → Subscription & billing → Manage billing.
- In Stripe’s secure portal, cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.
After you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.
Plan changes
You may switch plans in the billing portal. Upgrades or downgrades typically take effect at the next billing period; Stripe may show a prorated charge when applicable.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly with your account email and charge date.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry automatically. Update your card in Manage billing to avoid interruption. Past-due access continues while Stripe retries according to your portal settings.
