Agreement
By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and our billing policy. RN Mindset Prep provides independent NCLEX-RN exam preparation — we do not grant nursing licenses or guarantee exam results.
NCLEX® and NCSBN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. RNMindsetPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. This program is independent exam preparation and does not guarantee licensure.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
- One learner per account — sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your card on file until you cancel in the Stripe billing portal. There is no free trial.

Acceptable use
- Content is for personal study only — do not scrape, redistribute, or record lessons for public distribution.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the platform or AI features.
Privacy & data
We process account, billing, and learning analytics to operate the service. Logged-in learners can export or delete personal data from the privacy portal. Privacy & data tools
